Hosting

This website is hosted by Elevate Page in Switzerland. When you visit it, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time) is briefly stored in server log files.

Contact form and booking

We only use the details from the contact form and the booking (name, email, phone, message, appointment) to answer your enquiry and organise your appointment. They are stored on servers in Switzerland, forwarded to us by email and not passed on to third parties. For shipping to Cuba we only pass on the details needed for customs and delivery.

Map

The map on the «Drop-off» page (Google Maps) is only loaded after you click it. Only then is data transmitted to Google.

WhatsApp and Facebook

Links to WhatsApp and Facebook lead to services of Meta Platforms. Their privacy policies apply when you open them.

Cookies and visitor statistics

This website does not set cookies. Page views are counted anonymously; IP addresses are not stored.

Fonts

All fonts are loaded from this website’s server; there is no connection to Google Fonts.
