Interim storage is free when your parcel travels with the next container. The warehouse has large windows and good ventilation; cameras monitor the access ramp, the main entrance and the floor.

Free as long as your parcel travels with the transport being organised.

Packing · CHF 35.00

You bring your things, we pack them – including stretch film, protective film for mattresses and furniture, packing list and tape. Box not included.

Stretch wrap · CHF 7.00

Per parcel. Every parcel must be wrapped in clear stretch film (not black) – it protects the contents.

Boxes · from CHF 12.50

Moving boxes and special boxes for TVs, motorbikes, scooters, bicycles and chairs – or the «MaJoR-Pack Comics» box set.

Packing list · CHF 7.00

We fill in the packing list for you if you email us the details of each parcel.

Drop-off by appointment

Book your drop-off online – that gives us time to check your items with you.

In Cuba

From Havana to Santiago de Cuba

After customs clearance by the forwarder CUBEX S.A., our partner Transportes y Servicios Amayas Dubé SRL collects the parcels and takes them to its warehouse in Cotorro, Havana. From there they are prepared for Havana and the provinces – coordinated and supervised by MaJoR-Pack.

Transport within Cuba

In Havana to the door, in the provinces to a pick-up point in the provincial capital. Towns within 20 to 30 km we check on request. Price by quote – register in advance, pay at drop-off in Switzerland.

Three days of free storage

From the fourth day after the notification CUP 2,500 per day (about CHF 8). Longer storage is possible by arrangement with an additional contract.

Dangerous goods

Packed right means travelling safely

Dangerous goods must be packed strictly to international regulations. We only accept them by arrangement – and check every shipment before transport.

Classify

Determine the product’s hazard class under the international system.

Use approved packaging

Inner, intermediate and outer packaging to regulations – sealed, padded, break-proof.

Label

Attach hazard labels with pictograms and arrows showing the right way up.

4

Add the documents

Safety data sheet, shipper’s declaration and cargo manifest – for batteries, for example.
