Terms and conditions

We are happy to send you the complete terms and conditions of MaJoR-Pack GmbH – and they are available at every drop-off in the warehouse. The main points at a glance:

Packing list

The complete packing list must be sent to maria.friedli@major-pack.ch at least three days before the drop-off. All details must be complete and truthful.

Packaging

All items are packed in cardboard boxes, plastic or wooden crates and wrapped in clear stretch film (not black).

Declaration

The customer declares the essential characteristics of the parcel contents clearly and precisely. Dangerous goods are only accepted by arrangement and once approved.

Import rules

The contents are subject to the current rules of the Gaceta Oficial of the Republic of Cuba, in particular the value limits per parcel.

Storage in Cuba

After the notification a parcel stays in the warehouse for three days free of charge. From the fourth day, CUP 2,500 (about CHF 8) are charged per day.

Deadlines

Acceptance deadlines are planned dates. The space available in the container depends on the volume received.
